1、work with group it for sap project implementation；
2、coordinate with group it for the user change request；
3、support the implementation of sap related interface projects；
4、provide the 1st level sap support in china with the focus on fi/co/sd/mm/pp/hcm modules；
5、collect, record, analyze and assess any related incidents and structural problems；
6、document standard procedure and provide training for user to understand the business applications；
7、other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

1、good functional knowledge of sap financials, logistics or manufacturing etc；
2、2 to 5 years experiences in sap user support and training；
3、education background: college or above in computer science or related field；
4、familiar with sap processes, particularly in fi/co/sd/mm/pp/hcm modules；
5、have the experience of sap projects implementation；
6、good communication skills, customer orientation working attitude；
7、very good team player and self-motivated；
8、good problem solving skills, the capability of problem analysis；
9、good english writing and able to communicate in spoken english；
10、result oriented, pro-activeness, cultural sensitivity, teaching skills.
