1、support manager with new system/module setup;
2、daily operation process with high-quality, include: newcomer onboard, contract preparation, contract signing, contract extension, probation;
3、specialist for payroll, individual income tax , housing fund handling etc. for all employeesgovernment social insurance and company benefit handling;
4、data main support and administration kinds of documents ;
5、ensure monthly internal report and external report timely and correctly;
6、ad hoc task/ projects.
1、around 2 years payroll experience in mnc;
2、be familiar with labor law and policy;
3、be familiar with hris workflow;
4、qualified ms excel skills;
5、fast learner under high pressure;
6、down to earth and careful;
7、good people sense & communication skill is a plus.
